Introduction

Why hello there! Welcome to Unmuzzled.net! You are probably here because you follow college football, more specifically Big 10 football. I just want to take a minute to introduce myself and to introduce this page.
My name is Matt, and I am retired from the Army after 20 years of service. I am an avid Nebraska Cornhuskers fan, but I love college football in general. I also love to write, so what better way to do what I love and enjoy retirement than to start my own blog?
This page will be heavily focused on Big 10 football, although I do have a couple of segments (like WTF Wednesdays, upset picks and weekly top 25) that will cover the national scene. I’m also planning a huge bowl-mania segment that will include breaking down the playoffs and predictions.
Some of these posts will seem crazy. That’s done on purpose. Every single year, craziness ensues in college football. A TCU plays for a national title after a 5-7 season. An Indiana goes 11-2 with the only losses being to the two national title participants. A small FCS team jumps up and beats a top 5 Michigan team at home. It’s what makes college football great.
I’m just learning how to set this site up, so I apologize for this site being all over the place now. The more I play with this site, the more I’ll learn and the more I’ll make it reader friendly. I’m hoping here real soon, I’ll have this site running smoothly for the 2025 college football season.
